Exhibitor Demo: Baskets by Gin

Come and see Gin Randolph demonstrate her craft of hand-woven baskets on Monday, June 8 at 1 p.m.

Baskets by Gin, has provided hand-woven baskets to stores throughout New England since 1981. Gin Randolph’s goal is to teach people to create their own baskets using age-old methods and techniques keeping the art of weaving current and not-extinct. Gin brings the age old art of weaving to every store with a variety of trendy styles and colors.


The basket weaving demonstration is one of a series during Market Square’s 3-day wholesale show from June 7-9 at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center. Buyers will have an opportunity to learn more about techniques and process for several mediums, and engage in information conversation about the artistic process. Other demonstrations will take place at the top of each hour on June 7 and 8, 2015 by Strafford House, Primitiques LTD, Roggio Jewelry, Cranberry Hollow Primitives, Better Bee, Aunt Liz’s Attic-Time Past, Stephen Earp Redware, Billy Jacobs, and Pine Design.
